How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
People who reach out to Enteredtells Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page shows how to speak up and what we do next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You are welcome to contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Enteredtells Walk-In Tubs
- How we handled your personal information
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The way a provider we connected you with acted
When the Issue Involves a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties, and customer service. If you have trouble with work in your home, it often helps to bring it to the provider first and keep notes in writing.
Please tell us as well. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly let people down may be removed. Know that Enteredtells Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, give refunds for a provider's work, or act for a provider.
Sending Your Complaint
Email contact@enteredtells.world and include:
- Your name and a way to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you recall
- The provider's name, if you have it
- What happened and what outcome you hope for
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will review it, which may mean contacting the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Not Settled?
If our answer does not solve the problem, reply and ask us to look again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office, or your local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be another option.
